      Returning Damaged/Defective Items
      In cases of damage or defect, we can quickly arrange replacement if you provide a digital image of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem and preferred action (replacement, refund or credit) in an email to our customer support team. In most cases, action can be taken as soon as we have this evidence from you. If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to return to manufacturer for inspection. We’ll then contact you with our next course of action.

       » Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    •  We sure do! Our preferred shipping method is USPS Priority Mail. The shipping charges are determined by the flat rate package needed for each order along with the destination zip code.

       » How long will it take to receive my order?

    •  Orders processed through paypal are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders processed through Stripe will be processed 2 Business days after payment due to Stripe's processing procedures. After payment is received, order goes into production, once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 20 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

      Pre-Order items are made to order. Orders can be received 10-20 days after order has been shipped out. International orders shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

      » What is the policy on lost or stolen packages?

    •  All packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail. If the item(s) is shown as delivered via USPS tracking, that absolves B. Ayesha Inc/BLACK F.L.Y. Clothing of all liability. We will work with the customer to get these issues resolved but we cannot guarantee any type of refund. In the event that the item(s) are not shown as delivered, customer will be refunded the price of the items at the time of order. B. Ayesha Inc/BLACK F.L.Y. Clothing does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen items that are shown delivered.
